We’ve had the honor of setting up this Portrait Experience at some of the city’s most iconic cultural institutions. From the glamorous NYC Ballet Gala to exclusive nights at The Met, one thing is always true: when your guests, sponsors, and donors show up dressed to impress, they deserve an elite photo moment.
We’ve had the pleasure of bringing this experience to the annual New York City Ballet gala, where we created a seamless red carpet portrait flow for hundreds of guests. This was a Press Pit alternative.
Using professional DSLR equipment and studio-quality lighting, each portrait was instantly shareable via three sharing stations to reduce guest wait time to almost none. Guests left not only with memories, but with editorial-style keepsakes they could post immediately.

For the Help for Children Gala at The Met, we tailored the setup to highlight one of the museum’s most iconic architectural features—the grand stairs. The client requested the entire staircase be softly lit, while keeping equipment minimal and discreet. The result was a custom portrait experience that felt both site-specific and timeless, allowing guests to capture a moment of elegance in a location already rich with history. A branded sharing station and on-site print options added a polished, take-home touch.
